Mid Life Crises

I never understood why people in their forties, started to date folks half their age, bought sport cars, dressed like teenagers and began acting irresponsibly...There are loads of movies about this, here are my two most favorite ones; Down and Out in Beverly Hills is what can happen to a man and Unfaithful is a woman's story.

Well, I am in my mid life if I pass away in my eighties now.  I haven't did any of these things. I still miss seeing my children every day and they are married and grown with children of their own.

So, anyway...life goes on...Today I cover First Church...do you have any mid-life crises stories? Do share! PLPP

I was still raising children during this event. It was one of the RARE times that I got out of the house just for me. I should have did it more but, responsibility is responsibility and recreation should NEVER replace it.

I spend time with friends and enemies and pray for us all now that I am in my middle life - no crises to speak of...Thank you Jesus Christ!

How do I feel now that I am middle aged?  Tired mostly...Oh well...C'est la vie!
