Rest In Peace Dr. Maya Angelou

Our National Matriarch has transitioned: Born April 4, 1928 Transitioned May 28, 2014 I first "discovered" Dr. Angelou as a Freshman in high school in "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings" and I was annoyed with her. LOL! Writers see the word in their own way! I have learned to admire and respect her. I saw her as our National Matriarch. She is missed already... Farewell to Dr. Maya Angelou
